Unit 2 is our collaborative expansion based in the The Wedge, Pollok, right next-door to Smart Gym. The project brings together some of the biggest and most respected clubs in Scotland.


Partners include Tulach Ard Muay Thai, Praxis Performance, Sapphire Gymnastics, Pro Judo, Quinn Physiotherapy, and Soccer Stars.


Unit 2 sessions can be booked with the clubs directly, our through Smart Gym via the Glofox App.

Tulach Ard Muay Thai is a sanctuary of Muay Thai martial arts excellence. Our name, inspired by the Gaelic phrase 'Tulach Ard,' meaning 'High Hill,' carries with it a legacy of valour and heritage.


In a fusion of ancient history and contemporary athleticism, our club embodies the essence of this name, drawing strength from its roots while propelling our members to new heights of skill, confidence, and camaraderie.


"Tulach Ard" wasn't just a phrase; it was the battle cry that echoed through the annals of the Clan Mackenzie, symbolising unity, determination, and unwavering spirit. 


Our founder and head coach, a namesake of this storied clan, channels this legacy into every aspect of our club's philosophy, fostering an environment where tradition and modernity converge seamlessly.


At Tulach Ard Muay Thai, our doors are open to all. We proudly teach men, women, youths, and children, embracing the diversity of our community. Whether you're a complete novice stepping onto the mats for the first time or a seasoned fighter seeking to refine your skills, our club's ethos is rooted in nurturing your growth, both as a martial artist and an individual.


Praxis Performance delivers programmes tailor made for young people. This is underpinned by our background in Sports Science, allowing us to apply the latest research to achieve an optimal outcome.


All sports require a certain level of movement efficiency. The best athletes are those with great body awareness and control. They make difficult tasks look effortless. Being able to run fluidly, change direction, make explosive movements and absorb force safely is advantageous for performance and can be the difference between progressing and not progressing.


Through our background in professional sports, we have learned how these abilities can be developed and maximised to build strong, fast, and efficient athletes. This allows them to be more successful in their sport while decreasing their risk of injury.

Sapphire Gymnastics has always been about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of age, ability, or experience.


Whether someone is taking their first steps in gymnastics or working towards competition, our focus is on building confidence, skills, and a love for being active.


What started with just four members has grown into a thriving club of over 500, and we’re proud to offer more than 100 classes each week.


Our goal has always been to make gymnastics accessible and affordable for the local community so partnering with Smart Gym, who share our community-first ethos, feels like a natural next step and we’re delighted to be part of the Unit 2 hub.

Pro Judo is a Judo Scotland affiliated club, delivering the highest standard of Judo coaching for over 25 years. They are one of Scotland's largest and most successful clubs.


We run a judo for life program, no matter what age your are children no matter what age you are there is a place for you at Pro Judo.


 We believe that Judo is a life skill, the same as learning to ride a bike, learning to swim or run. Our Judo classes provides your children with structures lessons to improves all the fundamental movement skills that will improve their balance and coordination. 


Kids classes are fun for children but provide structure, discipline and respect that is a life skill they will carry throughout their entire lives.

Quinn Physiotherapy offers a practical and personalised approach to helping you recover from injury, manage everyday discomfort, and improve your overall mobility.


Care typically begins with a thorough Physiotherapy Assessment to understand your specific needs and outline a clear path forward. From there, your recovery is supported through structured Physio follow-up appointments to ensure steady progress and keep you on track.


To help relieve muscle tension and complement your treatment, Quinn also provides targeted Sports Massage. 


Additionally, one-on-one Personal Training is available to help you safely build strength, prevent future injuries, and bridge the gap between physical rehabilitation and your general fitness goals.
